Change in Registered Office Resolution
The registered office is an official address where a company is incorporated or registered. A Company can change its registered office at any time as prescribed under the Act.
Notice of every change of the situation of the registered office after the date of incorporation of the company, verified in the manner prescribed, shall be reported to the Registrar of Companies within 30 days of the change in E-Form INC-22. Except for change within the city, the Company need to take prior approval from ROC or RD. The registered office of the Company may be shifted from one place to another by following the procedure as prescribed in the Companies Act and Rules made thereunder.
