Non filing of return – Notice issued by Registrar of companies (MCA / ROC)

Private Limited and Public Limited Companies who haven’t filed the Annual Returns to the Registrar of Companies (ROC) in the past few years have been receiving default notices from the Ministry of Company Affairs (MCA) under SECTION 92 AND 96/SECTION 129 AND 136 READ WITH SECTION 403 OF THE COMPANIES ACT, 2013.
